Former British Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington has teamed up with Huggies Little Swimmers to encourage parents to 'take out their swimsuits and have fun in the water with their little ones'.

Adlington, who welcomed her first child, Summer, in June this year, commented 'Swimming has always been a huge part of my life and I've loved every minute of it.
